DVDpedia TVRage Plugin

I want to:

Install the Plugin

Open DVDpedia and press the Add button on the toolbar.
Inside the search box, enter your episodes information in the format 'Series SEASONxEPISODE'. For example, to gather information for the fifth episode of the first season of Stargate SG-1, you would enter 'Stargate SG-1 1x05'. (without quotes)
That's it! The TVRage plugin will automatically gather the information from TVRage and insert it into your DVDPedia database.

Create a tab-delimited text file containg the following information (click here for an example file):
- IMDB: Search Query
- A Link: File Link (not necessary, but without it you will not be able to play a movie)
A word of warning: It is best to check the query before you import a large number of TV Shows. To do so, go to TVRage.com and do a search for your query. If it finds a page for the correct episode, the TVRage plugin will gather the correct information.

Import the text file into a new collection
Select your newly imported TV Episodes.
Right click on the selected episodes and go to 'Get Advanced Info > TVRage' (screenshot)
Wait as the plugin gathers the information.

Title Format: Use this to change the way the episode's title appears. You can add special tags to add information specific to that episode, such as episode number, season, and episode title.
Tag for Season: Use this to change the custom field where the TVRage plugin will enter the season information.
Tag for Episode: Use this to change the custom field where the TVRage plugin will enter the episode number.
Tag for Series Episode Number: Use this to change the custom field where the TVRage plugin will enter the episode number from the entire series. This is not the same as the episode number for the season.
Add Leading 0's to Numbers: Use this to make TVRage add 0's before the season and episode numbers. This is useful for making DVDpedia correctly sort your TV Episodes.
